If halušky then home made and best in Dvor Hrivko cottage. Helpa village and cottage atmosphere evoked in me something traditional and authentic. I started to crave for traditional halušky. As it is very seldom I feel for traditional food, therefore I’ve decided to do it from scratch. Inherited wood chopping board, traditionally used for ‘throwing’ halušky with a spoon into the boiling water, came handy. It turned out to be a very nice treat.
